Mindfulness Class & Outdoor Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a very simple form of meditation. It teaches people how to be present in the moment and break away from negative thought patterns that exacerbate stress, anxiety and depression. Giving people the tools to replace negative though patterns with positive.
The class is FREE and held in-person (with limited spaces) and on Zoom every Thursday from 4pm to 5pm. The next class is on 9th September
We also hold a Monthly Outdoor Mindfulness class. The next outdoor session is on Thursday 16th September at the Ecology Centre at 4pm.
