This trauma-informed yoga class is a welcoming space for those in recovery, offering stress-reduction, emotional regulation, an increased self-awareness, pain management, an improved mental wellbeing, and will help with developing healthy coping mechanisms and promoting a sense of grounding. This practice is holistic and evidence-based, ideal for those in addiction recovery or individuals with chronic pain, stress-related ailments, and more. This class will be a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where you can grow your confidence among the community. Donations are welcome for this class, but not mandatory.
