Throughout December all our drop-in group activities at the Stress Prject Therapy centre have a festive-theme with lots of mince pies, non-alcoholic punch, healthy snacks, nuts, seasonal fruit and treats.
We hope you can join us in a warm friendly communiy space - no need to book just turn up!

The official theme for the week is anxiety and many of the sessions will be tailored to help people accordingly.
