Complementary Therapies

We currently cannot take any more referrals for low-cost art therapy, massage, acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy and shiatsu as the waiting lists are full.


The Stress Project offers a wide variety of complementary therapies including; Massage ,Shiatsu and Acupuncture and Cranio-Sacral therapy
Our low cost programme is for 6  consecutive weeks
​The cost is £20.00 per session.
Health and social care professionals may refer their patients/clients to the Stress Project for low-cost counselling. Click the link below for information.

Low-cost Complementary therapies - Information for Referrers​
All our complementary therapists are members of one or more professional body specific to their particular therapy, and work in accordance with their codes of ethics and practice.

We also offer some complementary therapies at our Wellbeing Group.
