Our Yoga is free and is ideal for helping to reduce stress, anxiety and developing muscle tone. It aids concentration and generally lifts your mood.
Every Thursday 12 pm to 1 pm with Laura. Booking is essential for a 6 week course. Please complete the contact form below and we will confirm your place by email. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own water bottle. |
