Youth Mindfulness Partnership
The Stress Project is funded to deliver youth Mindfulness courses for young people. The courses are delivered in partnership with Islington youth providers - either at your venue or at the Stress Project in Holloway.
The Mindfulness course for young people looks to support young people in managing the stresses of everyday life and more specifically anxiety, depression, addictive or obsessive behaviours. Our highly skilled and experienced facilitators at every step look to introduce discussions and get as much interaction going as possible within the group.
The Stress Project has been running various youth mindfulness sessions and courses over the last few months including partnering with Highbury Roundhouse, Arsenal in the Community and The Lift. We would usually start off with one or two taster sessions and potentially then run an 8-week course.
Get in touch with us for more information, either on 02077003938 or stressproject@hng.org.uk
