Gardening can be a very effective way of managing stress and depression. We run weekly therapeutic gardening sessions in our lovely Stress Project sensory garden. Join us for a cup of tea and a chat and spend time potting, sewing and weeding.
You can grow your own plants from seed to take home too.
People of all abilities are welcome, whether you are an experienced gardener or have never gardened before.
