Once the referral form is received, we will make an appointment with the person referred for an assessment interview. During the assessment interview we will discuss what we can offer and next steps.
- Low-cost referrals must be completed by a GP, other health professional or support worker using the low-cost therapies referral form .
- For people who would like to have counselling outside of the low-cost programme and refer themselves please visit Self-referral counselling .
