Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2022. This year’s theme is loneliness, which has affected many of us during the pandemic and hugely impacted people’s physical and mental health. 

The Stress Project is involved with two events. See below for details: 

Youth Mindfulness Workshop
This workshop will give young people an
opportunity to connect with other young
people from the local community by
engaging in the following activities:
- Breathing exercises
 - Mindful movements
 - Present moment focus
 - Mindful snack

Family Mindfulness class for 0-5 year olds

The Stress Project is hosting a parent and child Mindfulness class for 0-5 year olds with a parent/carer present. This session will focus on better connecting with your child through fun movements, present moment focused activities and breathing exercises. At the end of the session parents/carers will share a mindful snack with their little ones.
