The courses are designed for people who have long-term health conditions to cope with. Many people struggle with symptoms such as pain or not being able to sleep and these courses help people to alleviate such symptoms themselves - self-manage. Could this help you? Are you and - if you are an employer - your employees constantly stressed at work? Is it damaging your mental health? What can you do?
World Mental Health Day 2017 is about Mental Health in the Workplace, and Talk for Health invites you to hear from those leading the way, and take part in the debate. The Government is calling on employers to take action on Mental Health in the workplace but:
• What can they do?
• What are others doing?
• Is modern work intrinsically unhealthy?
• What helps?
Co-chair of the Bank of England’s Mental Health Network will tell you how they are leading the way.
Joint Managing Director of C-Space, will tell you about a whole-culture, intuitive approach.
Psychotherapist and CEO of Talk for Health, will tell you how workplaces can be unhealthy, and simple tools for improvement.
