The Stress Project offered therapies and Pilates sessions at the Arsenal Football Club's Inclusion Day for people with disabilities and mental heath issues. It was a great day out for local disability and mental health groups, whose members participated in health and well-being activities. It is wonderful to be part of the amazing work that Arsenal Football Club does in the community to help disadvantaged groups, and we are very pleased that the club is backing mental health programmes. It is so important that football is reaching out and playing a huge part in raising awareness and reducing stigma and discrimination around mental health. The Arsenal Foundation Gunners Fund is supporting the Stress Project's work in the community and funding our Pilates class, held at the Old Fire Station, for people with anxiety, depression and stress related illnesses.
