Carers Week - 2017

​Carers Week runs from Monday 12th to Sunday 18th June this year. 
​
As usual, on Monday,  I'll be on the Stress Project stall at the opening event to answer any of your questions and queries and assist you as much as I can.
 It's being held at Islington Town Hall.
 
As part of Carer's week, the Holloway Neighbourhood Group has the following activities -

• Stress Project has a Mindfulness drop-in from 2pm-3pm on Thursday at Stress Project. ​www.stressproject.org.uk/mindfulness
• The Old Fire Station has an Over 55's Gentlemen's Gentle Exercise Class from 2-3pm on Wednesday,  at the Old Fire Station  (see www.hng.org.uk for details)

 
Both activities are free, and all carer's welcome.
