Drayton Park Women’s Crisis House supports White Ribbon Day - End voilence against women. International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The figures on domestic violence are truly shocking and each and every person in the United Kingdom, but especially men- who are overwhelmingly the perpetrators of this horrible crime – must work together to stop it.
Every act of violence is wrong and everyone, whether male or female, has the right to a life free of violence. We all want a safer society for our daughters, sisters and partners and so we are calling on all men to visit the White Ribbon Campaign website and making a pledge to end violence.
