Summerversity 2017 - The Mindfulness Project

We're delighted to announcement that we've received funding from Islington council to run a series of workshops and a course of Mindfulness specifically for young people - aged 16-24.

We will be taking Mindfulness out into the community, empowering young people to manage their mental health - truly a skill-for-life in the 21st century. 

This is part of Summerversity's 2017 programme. Details below;

Introductory Mindfulness workshops;
 
Monday 17th July – 5-7pm
Wednesday 19th July – 5.7pm
Monday 7th August – 5-7pm
Monday 14th August – 5-7pm
 
6 Week Mindfulness Course;
 
Every Wednesday 5-7pm
26th July, until 30th August.
 
The Course and Workshops will be held at;
